E-Mitra at Home Service Scheme Rajasthan 2023:- In view of the announcement of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, E-Mitra at Home service is being started from January 1, Saturday, with the aim of providing important documents to the general public sitting at home. Under the scheme, applications for birth and death, caste-origin residence certificate and marriage registration can now be applied from home. E Mitra At Home service in Jaipur and Jodhpur (E Mitra At Home in Jaipur Jodhpur) was done from Saturday 1 January 2022. Initially, it is being started in Jaipur and Jodhpur. Under the scheme, general public will be able to apply for 32 services through E Mitra sitting at home. The plan to start 32 additional services under E Mitra at Home was mentioned by the Chief Minister in the announcements of the budget 2020-21. Under the scheme, it has been ensured that the services of E-Mitra are delivered to the citizens of Rajasthan by applying for various government services from home.
What is E Mitra at Home service?
E Mitra at Home service has been started in the state of Rajasthan to provide government services to the common man sitting at home. In this service, applicants will now be able to get the services provided through Emitra while sitting at home. E Mitra Project is a successful program in the state of Rajasthan. Today E Mitra centers are established in every region of Rajasthan state and have proved to be the best means of providing services to the public. Now about 85,000 E Mitra centers have been established in every corner of Rajasthan. Out of which about 50000 e-mitras are established in rural areas. At present, more than 500 services of various government departments are being made available through e-mitra centers to the common man through e-mitra centers very close to their places of residence.
More than 11000 E-Mitra Plus machines are installed across the state, through which common people are getting various types of E-Mitra services. In this sequence, the state government has started E Mitra @ Home service as per its budget announcement. From January 1, 2022, applications for 32 services can be done sitting at home in Rajasthan under E Mitra @ Home. And you can get your certificate.

E Mitra at Home in Jaipur Jodhpur in the first phase
In the first phase, the e-Mitra at Home service developed by the Department of Information Technology and Communications for the residents of urban areas of Jaipur and Jodhpur for the application of some selected services such as birth and death certificate, marriage registration, caste and domicile certificate. The inauguration was done by the Chief Minister through video conference on 19 December. In the same sequence, while increasing the services being provided under E-Mitra at Home, from January 1, applications for 32 other services will also be available to the residents of Jaipur and Jodhpur cities through E-Mitra at Home, sitting at their homes.

When it comes to Emitra service, applicants can practically apply for all government services through the Emitra portal. The eMitra site gives residents of Rajasthan access to over 300 government services, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, income certificate, public hearings and training facilities. To help train people to acquire skills, many eMitra Kiosks provide the facility of cash withdrawal. Bhamashah account also, Bhamashah card, caste certificate, residence certificate, water, gas utilities and electricity bill payment, mobile recharge, application for license to sell fertilizers, application for sale, water storage tank subsidy application. Online and offline services can be availed in 33 districts.

Eligibility Criteria for eMitra Online
To access the eMitra portal, citizens must first complete their eMitra registration to receive their eMitra login ID and password through email. Other eligibility criteria include:
eMitra Rajasthan Registration Cable is launched for Rajasthan Residents only.
ID To get eMitra login, the person should be at least 18 years of age.
You should know how to operate a computer. There should also be a permanent location for eMitra Service Center to avail eMitra services like computer store or cyber cafe.
Must be 10th pass.
Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.

Deputy Director of Information Department Ritesh Kumar Sharma said that the applicant will have to first call the toll free number 1800 180 6127 and the e-assistant will have to know about the application. The e-assistant will tell the applicant about the documents. E Sahayak will go to his house and apply for the service. After applying, the applicant will be given a token number and when the certificate is made, the e-assistant will also deliver its copy to the applicant's home. For this, apart from the prescribed fee, the applicant will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 73.

If you already have an SSO ID username, you can use the log-in option to access it; Otherwise, you will have to use the registration option to create a new ID.

If you click on the Login button, you will need to enter your Digital Identity (SSOID/Username) and Password. After that enter Captcha and click on Login.
eMitra Registration Process in Steps
If you select the Registration option, a new page will appear in front of you, where you can apply for SSO ID/e Mitra ID in various ways, which include:

eMitra Citizen ID Registration Process
To complete the Citizen Registration, click on the Citizen option. As soon as you click on Citizen, a list of options under Citizen Registration will appear in front of you.

You can complete your EMitra Citizen Registration using any of the options available here. If you have Jan Aadhaar, for example, you must select January from the drop-down menu.
When you select the Jan Aadhaar option, a new page will appear in front of you, where you will have to enter your Jan Aadhaar ID or Enrollment ID and then click on the Next button.
Enter all your information on the new page that appears.
Click on the Submit button to complete your registration.
You will receive an SSO ID, eMitra ID, and as soon as your registration is complete, you will be able to login to your eMitra and access the services.
Emitra Udyog ID Registration Process
As soon as you select Udyog as your industry, you will be presented with two options: Udyog Aadhaar and BRN.
Now you can register your eMitra SSO ID by choosing any one of these two options.
For eMitra SSO ID registration using Udyog Aadhaar, for example, you need to select the option with Udyog Aadhaar; After clicking on the Udyog Aadhaar option, a new page will open in front of you.
Here enter your Udyog Aadhaar Number and Mobile Number, then click on the Next button.
Enter all your information on the new page that appears.
After completing all the required information, click on the submit button to complete your registration.
As soon as your registration is complete, you will receive SSO ID, Emitra ID, and you will be able to login to your Emitra and use the services. eMitra verification required
eMitra Employee Registration Process
You have to select the option with Government Servant; Once you click on Govt. Employees, you will see some options like SIPF as seen below.
To do eMitra government one has to select the SIPF option. employee registration; After clicking on SIPF a new window opens in front of you as shown below.
Here you need to enter your SIPF number and password before pressing the Next button.
A new page will open in front of you, in which you will have to enter all your information.
After completing all the required information, click on the submit button to complete your registration.
As soon as your registration is complete, you will get SSO ID, EMitra ID, and you will be able to connect with EMitra and use the services.
eMitra: How to check status on online portal
Open the website.
On the home page, click on the Online Verification section (Track Transaction).
Enter your receipt number or transaction ID.
Click on Submit.
Status appears in front of you.
